First time here and we love this place. It's the best ramen around.
Finally a ramen place in Pleasant Hill! It didn't disappoint. The spicy tonkotsu ramen was moderately spicy and just enough for that kick without being overpowering. The broth was a rich porky goodness and the toppings, especially the soy egg, were delicious!
Delicious! The black garlic ramen was an excellent recommendation. Great flavor, the employee who helped me was so friendly, and the service was pretty fast. I’ll be back!
Out of all of the local ramen shops I’ve tried I found this one to be the most flavorful and highest quality/fresh. The shop is cute inside with warm lighting. Waiter was prompt with water, requests, etc. Reading the other reviews, it sounds like ownership took note and improved the customer service. I’m not a spicy food person, so I can’t evaluate spice level but they were very accommodating with my requests and you are able to pick your spice level - I’d imagine if you want something spicier they would be happy to add more heat! The food did take a minute, but it was totally worth it.
LOVED Hata’s cuisine. A very intimate and personal experience. The service from Wendy was superior in all respects. A must for the perfect and relaxing atmosphere.
Always looking for a delicious Vegan ramen spot. This one satiated my taste buds. Not the best I have ever had but certainly will be revisiting!
Stopped in one afternoon to try their ramen. The restaurant is nice and clean and service was good. It was about 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon so it wasn’t busy. The ramen was delicious but I could only eat half. I asked for a to go container and he brought me two plastic containers which is genius! In one container I put the noodles and in the other I put the broth. This is essential in order for the noodles not to soak up all of the broth. That way I was able to heat it up the next day and it was still really good. I’m craving it right now as I’m writing this. Must go back again.
Really good ramen spot. They had a really good broth and they give alot of noodles as well. The egg is also spot on, not to salty not too bland. Would go again. Also there's always parking there
